Payment
Preferred method of payment is Paypal. Please note that you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay using Paypal. You can follow the links to pay with your credit card without creating a Paypal account. Be aware that your order will NOT be shipped until I haven't received your payment in full. All orders must be paid within 24 hours of placement. If payment is not received at that time, your order will be cancelled. If you would like to have an item reserved for you, please send me a convo and I will be reserves for a week.

The following does not apply to digital content. I require 50% payment upfront on custom orders paid via Paypal.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no returns on custom orders. But I will work with you until i can meet your requirements! This does not apply to digital content.

Shipping
I am happy to ship worldwide from Greece through Hellenic Post Office, within a week after payment (this does not apply for National Holidays, weekends, greek bank holidays, strikes and other special cases that affecting the shipping procedure). All packages will be registered with a tracking number.
If you are looking to purchase multiple items, contact me beforehand as in some cases combined shipping may be more cost effective.
Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. If they do not and I am unable to contact you I will post items to the address given by Etsy.
My artwork is packaged carefully and they come in a protective sleeve in a bend-proof mailer.
Bear in mind that at Christmas time, the post can run a bit slower.
Some countries may charge customs fees. You are responsible of the duties, taxes or/and fees that may customs apply to your order.
